Local dishes don’t translate well into other languages. But local “must-tastes” would include: Charales, Caldo de Pescado, Uchepos, Corundas, Carnitas, Atole de Grano, Sopa Tarásca, Churipu, Pozole, Enchiladas Placeras, Chocolate de metate, nieves artesanales, Charanda, Mezcal de Oponguio y Licores de Frutas.
